Warm some oil in the palm of your hand. Working in sections, smooth the oil through the hair from mid-lengths to ends.

Indulge in an overnight treatment

Before bedtime, apply from roots to ends for a restorative, luxurious treatment. Gently massage into scalp if desired. Leave overnight to restore and nourish. Wash as usual.
